I did it again. I forgot to take a picture. I realized it as I was making my late-night jelly sandwich, so I took a picture of my sandwich as a replacement. This week I ate pizza for the first time in 10 months. I had given up dairy because of migraines in April 2009, and I only recently started eating some dairy again. The pizza was heavenly. I also went to see Melvin Seals and the Jerry Garcia Band here in Des Moines, which was a lot of fun.
